Religion for Dummies - Part 1
A martyr is somebody who is killed for his or her beliefs, not somebody who kills himself or herself. A martyr is someone who is killed, not someone who kills. Idiots who blow themselves up in a crowd of civilians are as far from martyrdom as they can ever get. They are stupid, inhumane people who live and die in ignorance, duped and killed by their own dispatchers.

While the lives and limbs of random people are ruined, it's noticeable that Bin Laden and his arrogant cronies are far from the scene, counting their money, enjoying the cool mountain air, maybe reading a book, and grinning with with self-satisfaction over each atrocity. They have no more thought for the young and old lives wasted than for popcorn popping in a skillet over their campfires. I hope they choke on it.
