Get well soon, Frank
Former WBC heavyweight boxing champion Frank Bruno is suffering from a mental illness. Ref: Sky News. In his early days Frank trained at the All Stars gym on the corner of First Avenue and Harrow Road, Queens Park. As usual some of the tabloids are disgracing themselves and their readers this morning, in their treatment of this story.

devoid of anything worthwhile, a blot on the landscape. what a barren country, to have that as the highest circulation 'paper'.

Success is a terrible thing
Success is a terrible thing especially when achieved in one's youth. To have one's best days behind you at an early age and to be condemned to scraping a living for the next 40 years dressed as a pantomime dame and saying "know what I mean, 'Arry?" and being asked "didn't you used to be...?" is a killer.
Whatever happens one must always believe that the best is yet to come.
